Social Media Strategy & Management

Not every client needs the same kind of support.

Some need clarity — what’s working, what isn’t, and how to move forward.
Others need someone they trust to step in and manage the content well.

I work with brands, nonprofits, and creators across both strategy and execution — from audits and content direction to ongoing management — depending on what the work actually calls for.

In some cases, this work also extends into content creation, website updates, and communication support.

HOW WE WORK TOGETHER

There are a few ways we can approach this, depending on what you need.

Strategy

For when you need clarity and direction.

We look at what’s working, what isn’t, and how your content should actually support what you’re building.

Management

For when you don’t want to manage it anymore.

I step in to handle the content so it’s consistent, thoughtful, and taken care of.

A Mix of Both

Some clients need both — strategy upfront,

then ongoing support to execute it well.

WHAT I HANDLE

Most people don’t need more content — they need it handled properly.

I don’t just “help with social media.”

I handle the full scope — from strategy to execution — across your content and your overall digital presence.

  • building a strategy so your content actually has direction

  • creating and managing content across platforms

  • scheduling and keeping everything consistent

  • tracking what’s working (and what’s not)

  • adjusting based on performance — not guesses

  • managing engagement, comments, and DMs

  • making sure your overall online presence feels cohesive

  • supporting things like website updates, newsletters, and communication when needed

Some clients want it fully handled.
Some just need pieces of it.

Either way — the goal is the same:
everything should work together, feel consistent, and actually support your business.

EXPERIENCE & CONTEXT

I’ve spent years working across both content creation and business — so I understand how social media actually functions inside a business.

I’ve managed and built social media presence across multiple industries — including nonprofit, lifestyle, and education — handling both strategy and day-to-day execution.

For example, my work with the Rob Dollar Foundation includes:

  • managing their social media presence across platforms

  • developing content that clearly communicates their mission

  • building consistency in how they show up online

  • supporting their broader digital presence beyond just social

I’ve also worked with clients who needed:

  • a full reset of their content and direction

  • ongoing management so it’s handled consistently

  • or targeted support to understand what’s working and what isn’t

CLIENT TESTIMONIALS

Most of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed or unsure what’s working.

This is what changes.

“Before working with Erin, I felt overwhelmed and lacked direction with my social media presence. Since partnering with her, my pages look beautiful and I consistently receive compliments on both the aesthetic and the content. Most importantly, I’m gaining authentic followers who truly connect with my work.

Even my oldest friend recently reached out to say how much she loved my posts and was shocked to learn I had help because the content reflects me so genuinely. Erin works closely with me to ensure my mission, vision, and authenticity are captured perfectly.”

Primal Heart Healing

"Erin has played an important role in helping the Rob Dollar Foundation strengthen our digital presence and communicate our mission more effectively online. Her ability to think strategically about audience, messaging, and content has helped us build a more thoughtful and consistent social media presence. Erin brings both creativity and professionalism to her work, and she genuinely cares about the organizations she supports.

I’m often asked who manages our social media, and the answer is always Erin. Many people discover our foundation through our social channels, which speaks to the impact of her work. She is an extremely important part of our foundation, and we are grateful for her partnership."

Ready to hand this off — or finally make it make sense?

If your content isn’t working —

or you don’t want to manage it anymore —

we’ll figure out what actually makes sense.

HOW I WORK

I keep this straightforward.

We start with where you are, what’s working, and what’s not — then decide what actually makes sense.

Some clients need a clear plan.
Some need ongoing support.
Some need both.

I don’t believe in overcomplicating this.

The goal is simple:
your content should be clear, consistent, and actually support your business.
